01About GlassRoom

What is GlassRoom?
GlassRoom is a Bengaluru-headquartered capability-building consultancy. We design and deploy the GlassRoom Performance Architecture — a system that builds workplace capability through practice rather than instruction, using serious games, AI role-play, 3D/VR simulation and hands-on technical labs. We are not a software vendor; we are the consultancy that diagnoses the gap, architects the solution, and owns the outcome.
Is GlassRoom a gamification company?
No. We deliberately don't use that word. Gamification typically means badges and points layered onto existing content — it doesn't change whether someone can actually do the job differently on Monday morning. GlassRoom uses serious games and simulation as a practice mechanism: learners make real decisions with real consequences, in a safe environment, until the right response becomes instinct. The distinction isn't semantic — it's the difference between engagement and capability.
Is GlassRoom the same company as Game Strategies?
No. Game Strategies is a Spain-based, globally recognised provider of serious games and AI role-play technology, working with 5,000+ clients worldwide. GlassRoom is their India distribution and implementation partner. We bring their platform — alongside Mix3D.ai (3D/VR simulation) and Skillable (Microsoft's official hands-on lab partner) — to Indian enterprises, with local design, delivery, support and accountability for the outcome.
How long has GlassRoom been operating?
GlassRoom has been building capability-focused learning solutions since 2015, with deep roots in experiential and behavioural learning design. In 2025, we were recognised as Innovative E-Learning Solution of the Year by E-Learning Trendz.
Where is GlassRoom based, and does it work outside Bengaluru?
We're headquartered in Bengaluru and work with enterprises across India.

02The Architecture & LEAP

What is the GlassRoom Performance Architecture?
It's our branded system for building capability at scale. It has an Assessment Gateway that identifies the actual gap, six capability pillars — Onboarding, Compliance & Culture, Capability, Performance, Leadership & Influence, and Knowledge — and a Reinforcement Layer (Social Learning) that strengthens retention at any stage of the journey. Every pillar runs on the same underlying engine: LEAP.
What is LEAP?
LEAP — Learn, Experience, Assess, Perfect — is the learning loop underneath every part of the architecture. Learn establishes what good looks like. Experience puts the learner through real decisions with real consequences and zero real-world cost. Assess gives feedback while the attempt is still warm. Perfect drives repetition until the right response is instinct. Most training stops at Learn. LEAP is designed not to.
How is this different from a standard LMS or e-learning content library?
An LMS distributes and tracks content. It doesn't create the decision-and-consequence loop that builds capability — which is why organisations can hit 90%+ completion on an LMS and still see almost no change in behaviour on the floor. The GlassRoom Architecture is built to close that specific gap, not to host more content.
What is the Assessment Gateway?
It's the diagnostic layer that runs before any solution is designed. Rather than assuming which pillar needs attention, we use a structured diagnostic (the LEAP Diagnostic) to pinpoint exactly where learning transfer is breaking down — so the build that follows targets the actual gap, not a guess.
What is Social Learning / the Reinforcement Layer?
Social Learning (built on the MARS platform) is a peer-generated learning mechanism that reinforces material after initial training — particularly effective for subject-matter retention in areas such as process and product knowledge. It sits across all six pillars as an ongoing reinforcement layer, not a one-time event.

03Products & Technology

What kinds of solutions does GlassRoom actually build?
Four categories, deployed individually or combined: serious games (a catalogue of 70+ ready-to-deploy titles, or fully custom-built to your processes and brand), AI role-play with analytics dashboards, 3D/VR/MR simulation for high-stakes or physical-skill scenarios, and hands-on technical labs for validating genuine technical skill.
Who are GlassRoom's technology partners?
Three category leaders, each brought to India with local delivery and support: Game Strategies (Spain) for serious games, AI role-play and collaborative learning — the world's most-awarded game-based learning company; Mix3D.ai, homegrown Indian 3D/VR/MR simulation technology trusted by India's Ministry of Defence; and Skillable, the official hands-on lab-hosting partner for Microsoft, with 60M+ labs delivered.
Can a game or simulation be built around our own processes and content?
Yes — this is a core part of what we do. Onboarding games, compliance journeys and role-play scenarios can be built around your actual workflows, policies and brand, rather than generic off-the-shelf scenarios. Our proof case is a healthcare BPO where we built a custom, branded onboarding game around their real processes and deployed it across four countries with zero IT involvement.
Does GlassRoom offer AI role-play?
Yes. AI Role Play lets learners practise conversations — sales pitches, objection handling, difficult conversations, leadership moments — as many times as they want, against an AI that provides real-time feedback, with analytics for the learning team.
Does this integrate with our existing LMS or HRIS?
Yes. We support standard APIs and SSO/SAML integrations with major LMS and HRIS platforms, so learner data stays in one place, and your IT team isn't burdened by a parallel system.

04Who This Is For

What industries does GlassRoom work with?
Though the solutions are industry agnostic, our primary focus is IT/ITES & Global Capability Centres, BFSI (banking, financial services & insurance), pharmaceutical & life sciences, manufacturing & automotive, FMCG & retail, and consulting & professional services — sectors with large workforces, real compliance stakes, and measurable behavioural outcomes to protect.
What roles typically bring GlassRoom in?
CHROs, HR Directors and L&D Heads for onboarding, leadership and capability-building; Sales and Revenue leaders for negotiation and pitch simulation; Compliance and Risk leaders for high-completion, audit-ready training; and Technology/Product leaders for hands-on technical skill validation.
What size of company is GlassRoom built for?
We work best with organisations that have a dedicated L&D function and enough learners to make simulation-based delivery commercially efficient — typically from around 500 employees upward, with our sweet spot in the 2,000–5,000 employee mid-market band. We also scale to enterprise deployments in the tens of thousands.
We're a small/mid-size company. Is this out of our range?
Not necessarily. A single serious game or an AI Role Play deployment can work for organisations from roughly 200–300 employees. The economics simply get stronger as scale increases.

05How We Work & Engage

How does an engagement actually start?
Three steps. First, we diagnose the gap using the LEAP Diagnostic — hours to days, evidence before design. Second, we architect a bespoke solution from our partner stack, typically within four weeks. Third, we deploy and integrate it, managing the implementation ourselves so your internal teams don't carry the load.
How long does a typical build take?
Custom builds are typically live within weeks, not the six-to-nine months quoted industry-wide for a bespoke solution. Off-the-shelf titles from the 70+ game catalogue can be deployed even faster.
Is there a way to try this before committing?
Yes — two ways. Take the two-minute LEAP Diagnostic to see where your own practice gap runs deepest, or play one of our simulations directly, no pitch involved.
Is GlassRoom a one-time vendor or an ongoing partner?
We position ourselves as an integrating consultancy, not a tool vendor. We stay accountable for the outcome through deployment and beyond — including how the solution performs once it's live — rather than handing over a licence and stepping back.
Does GlassRoom run pilots before a full rollout?
Yes, and we recommend it. Our approach is typically to assess, build and validate one pillar or one cohort at a time, so the case for scaling further is built on evidence from your own organisation rather than a benchmark from elsewhere.

06Security & Enterprise Readiness

Is this secure enough for enterprise deployment?
Yes. Every technology partner in our stack operates to enterprise-grade security standards, and solutions are built to align with India's data-protection requirements. Our 3D simulation partner has delivered in accordance with the security requirements of India's Ministry of Defence — a materially higher bar than most enterprise procurement checklists.
Does GlassRoom support SSO and standard enterprise integrations?
Yes — API and SSO/SAML integration with major LMS and HRIS platforms is standard, so learner data has a single source of truth and your IT team isn't managing a parallel silo.
